How does this fantastic new value package work? Well simply put, it's a cross between our ready made sites and our full custom designed sites.
In this package, unlike the ready made sites, you have significant input into the 'look' of the site by choosing all the images to be used on the site - either supply your own images, choose them from iStockPhoto.com, or a combination of both.
In terms of the website 'layout' you choose this from the range of 'core designs' available to this package (unlike the full custom sites option). We then integrate your chosen images into your chosen core design - thus creating a unique website. The final action that we add your content text for each of your web pages.
The process can be summarised as follows:
1. You review our range of 'core designs' which will form the core layout of your website, then choose one that you like and suits your needs.
2. You submit the order/enquiry form for your chosen design. We then review this and issue you with a fully detailed quotation confirming the £199 package cost, the timescales involved (based on current workload) and also issue the project deposit invoice.
3. Once you have accepted the quotation and paid the deposit, the project start date is confirmed.
4. We register your domain name and open your hosting account.
5. We contact you for you input on images, content text, etc and once received from you and agreed, we build your website - on completion of which we then issue the final invoice, make search engine submissions and issue our Website Completion Report.

Each of your website pages will include a simple CMS / self editing facility allowing you to edit your page text (not images). This easy to use facility allows you to edit your page text online via an internet PC whenever you need to. |

CORRECTIONS & REVISIONS ? |

Obviously we have to place a limit on the amount of multiple repeated revisions and corrections available to clients within the AKIS website package / quotation cost. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes:
1) The creation of the full website to 1st Draft stage presented for client review / proofing.
2) Carrying out client requested revisions / corrections to 1st Draft website & then present 2nd Draft.
3) Carry out client requested final / last chance revisions / corrections to 2nd Draft website. At this stage the website is now complete.
