Why does my website have a page saying "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded"

If your website / webpage has been replaced by a page reading:

Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.

This means your account has automatically been suspended due to your account exceeding the monthly bandwidth / data transfer allowance included with the AKIS Web Hosting account you hold with us - refer to your welcome email for confirmation of the package you purchased from us and/or see the package details listed at www.akis-webhosting.com.

NB: You will have had advance warning emails giving you prior notice that your account was nearing its limit.

Your account will automatically be reinstated / unsuspended on the 1st day of the next month when your account's monthly bandwidth / data transfer allowance starts afresh.

OPTIONS?
You have the option to upgrade your account in order to get your website back online immediately - contact us if you wish to do so.
