| What is the recommended method of support? |

For all support issues/requests, please use our online support ticket helpdesk system.
Please remember to include your account details such as your domain, username, email address as well as a detailed description of the problem to allow us to resolve the issue in the quickest time.
Also, we have a choice of priority to specify when submitting a ticket - please ensure you choose the appropriate priority and don't misuse high/urgent, thank you.
In addition to the above, all clients are advised to search the support section and in particular, this Frequently Asked Questions before submitting a new support ticket in case your questions has already been covered. It's also a good idea to check our announcements page before submitting a ticket to see if we are already aware of a global issue and working on resolving it.
