When you ordered you should have specified the domain name you wish to use. You will have to contact the registrar of the domain name and ask them to change the nameservers over to ours. Some registrars have an automated control panel where you can do this yourself.
Whether you do it yourself or they do it for you, the nameservers of the domain need changing to those shown in your welcome email - which vary depending on which server you are on:
AKIS London Server "Bellamy" = ns1.anthonykeenan.net [IP = 83.223.98.50] ns2.anthonykeenan.net [IP = 205.234.110.53]
AKIS London Server "Liverpool" = ns1.anthonykeenan.co.uk [IP = 77.74.195.131] ns2.anthonykeenan.co.uk [IP = 77.74.195.132]
AKIS London Server "Richards" = ns1.anthonykeenan.eu [IP = 83.223.98.50] ns2.anthonykeenan.eu [IP = 205.234.110.53]
This is a very important part of getting your hosting account up and running and it's essential that it is done correctly. If you are unsure of anything please open a support ticket and we'll be happy to advise.
Although we prefer you to make the changes at your domain registrar, if you have control panel access to your registrar account we can make these changes for you. So if you want us to carry out the settings changes in your registrar domain control panel for you then please open a support ticket requesting/authorising us to do so and make sure to provide the login details for your domain registrar.
