This is a quick and affordable way to start taking payments online. All you need is a new or existing Pal standard business account, but this is free with no setup charge and no monthly fee (only their ‘per transaction’ charges of around 3%). Then the very simple PayPal “add to cart”, “buy now”, etc button creator is used to add the payment facilities to your products/site.

Opening a new PayPal account
We can offer you some help and advice in this respect, but it will for privacy and security reasons be you alone as account owner who will open and operate your PayPal account. Don’t worry though it’s all fairly straightforward and we’ll guide you, plus PayPal can be contacted at any time for assistance via email or phone. How do I get my money after a customer pays online via PayPal?
When your customer uses PayPal payment button on your web page to make a purchase/ payment then you will receive a notification email from PayPal (to your registered PayPal email address). The money will be immediately credited to your PayPal account and will stay there until you withdraw it from your PayPal account to your bank – this is done easily in a click or two from your PayPal admin area.
Securing your store (SSL Certificates)
You’ll be happy to hear you can avoid the hassle and cost of securing your store/payment pages, since PayPal provides you with SSL secured pages in your payment area used by your customers.
What will the payment buttons look like?
The most simple and automated method will create a button like the one shown below in the bottom right of the partial screenshot from this store.

How many products will you add for free in this offer?
We will add up to 10 products for you for free as part of this free ecommerce add-on to your CMS Self-Update Website Package. You will then add any further products in your site self-edit admin area (or you could have us add more at an agreed cost).
If this facility suitable for large online stores?
No, this free add-on facility outlined above isn’t suited to large stores – and we no longer provide our “full ecommerce” site packages suited to large stores with 1,000′s of products and/or payment methods other than PayPal.
