All our web hosting packages include the leading industry standard control panel – “cPanel”. This also includes the amazing Fantastico DeLuxe facility allowing simple ‘one touch’ installations of over 40 popular scripts including blogs, forums, CMS, image galleries, surveys & more – full details here.
Reliable technical support is provided via our online helpdesk system staffed by friendly experienced support staff who ensure requests are answered quickly. We aim for a response within 2 hours to all tickets and guarantee a response within 12 hours.
DIY hosting clients are located on the same servers as our “design, host & manage” clients and you can rest assured of our commitment to provide a stable reliable hosting service to all hosting clients.
Our web servers are located in the UK within a world class, state-of-the-art, data centre – London Hosting Centre – to ensure high speed UK access. This data centre feature top class security, connectivity, redundancy and top of the line equipment. Servers are closely monitored for uptime with immediate notification in the event of any outage on any server so that should a problem arise, server technicians are able to act quickly.
We feel it is important that UK websites be hosted on servers in a UK data centre rather than foreign/overseas data centres. A UK data centre provide faster website access for UK visitors, allows inclusion in “Google UK” search results and lets you be safe in the knowledge that a UK data centre is subject to UK laws and regulations.
However if you are happy to host outside the UK then we can offer a 30% discount on all hosting packages – ask us about this (this gives you an idea of how much cheaper it is to host outside the UK!).
