AKIS Server Move – Increased Allowances – Potential Downtime

As part of our continual upgrading and improvements to hosting services, we have a new server available and will be migrating a number of client accounts over to this  over the next few months.  The moves have already started on accounts where clients will see no downtime at all, and will shortly begin on other client accounts which might see a small amount of downtime – NB these clients will be informed in advance of the work and timescales.

Following client feedback we have simplified the ecommerce package, which are now based on  a smaller range of designs and only using PayPal and/or Google Checkout as payment gateways and as a result we are happy to confirm a price drop as a result.  Our fully inclusive ecommerce package is now reduced from £549 to only £399.

We’ve decided that 9 months is long enough for one design and so are now in the process to building another new look AKIS website.  Stay tuned for the new look website in the next 4 weeks.  UPDATE on 29th Sept – Due to client sites workload we’ve had to put this on the backburner for now!
