Established in 2001 by Anthony Keenan we now have over 9 years of experience and have carried out a wide range of projects for a variety of clients ranging from sole traders to large corporate organisations. Although based in Edinburgh, our clients are located up and down the UK.

Staff
Anthony Keenan remains the core of the business and is assisted by small group of UK freelancers. All staff have a range of business interests and as a result we all work very odd hours (lots of late nights!) which are generally outwith normal business hours – so we don’t hold person-to-person meetings and generally aren’t available for daytime telephone calls – see below. This keeps overheads low and allows us to provide our professional services at the low prices listed on our site (NB: Our hosting and support staff are however full time to provide 24/7 cover in these areas).
Communications
Our main communication method is email and this is generally maintained throughout the day – almost 24/7! If telephone contact is required then this is available on 0844 884 2425 from 6.00pm to 9.00pm, 7 days a week for existing clients (you can leave a voicemail outwith those hours). Technical support is provided 24/7 by our support staff via AKIS online helpdesk system (click the Tech Support link on our website).
