This is just to let clients know that we are in the process of moving from our current billing/invoicing system (FreshBooks) to a new system (Curdbee/Hiveage).
We expect this change to go live sometime late in February 2014 and at that time your invoices and related notifications etc will be in a different format.
As part of this move, our FreshBooks based support ticket system will be removed and all support requests revert to our online support form at: www.akishelpdesk.co.uk/request-support/
(95% of of clients never used the FreshBooks based support system anyway).
